SWIMMING LESSONS

Group Learning

Kids and adults alike can thrive alongside their peers learning at the same pace while still focusing on each individuals strengths and weakness. Each participant will make friends, making this the most social type of lesson of all!

Lessons for Diverse Abilities

Our All Kids Swim classes strive to get everyone the chance to learn how to swim, no matter what diverse abilities they have. Our trained instructors are able to provide the best learning experience for each individual.

Private Lessons

Learn to swim in a one-on-one, buddy, or small-group class structure. Receive the swim instructors undivided attention in a class where you will learn water safety, swimming skills, and endurance.

Adult Group Lessons

Adult swim lessons are designed to help individuals ages 16 and up, and of all skill levels become more comfortable and confident in the water. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your techniques, these classes provide personalized instruction in a relaxed environment.

Swimming Lessons

Learning to swim at the Y is more than just stroke development. Children are taught in small groups with others of their own age and skill level to facilitate the students' socialization skills. Of course, Y Character Development is at the core of each lesson, as are the essential components of stroke development, water safety, personal safety, and rescue skills. Be a part of it all, and experience swim lessons the Y way.
